First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests a personalized approach for colorectal cancer patients who have a high chance of the cancer returning after surgery. Researchers create a custom immune treatment based on the patient's own tumor and combine it with standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can prevent or delay cancer recurrence. Ten adults aged 18-80 with stage II or III colorectal cancer and positive MRD (a sign of remaining cancer cells) are being enrolled.
