Blood test guides stronger lung cancer therapy in new trial

Summary
This study is for people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer who have already had chemotherapy and radiation. Researchers want to see if adding another drug (tremelimumab) and extra chemotherapy to the standard drug (durvalumab) can lower the amount of cancer DNA in the blood. About 48 participants will join to test this personalized approach.
