Summary
This study aims to see if using a patient's genetic information and closely monitoring drug levels in their blood can help doctors prescribe medications more safely and effectively. It will involve 450 adult cancer patients and children with chronic inflammatory diseases. The goal is to reduce harmful side effects by personalizing treatment based on these advanced tools.
