NCT ID NCT06354192
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized digital health program can help people with uncontrolled high blood pressure manage their condition more effectively. The program uses a smartphone app to send customized reminders and support to encourage doctor visits, medication taking, and home blood pressure checks. Researchers will observe about 12,000 participants to see if this tailored digital approach leads to better blood pressure control and more consistent health habits.
