Summary
This study aims to create a personalized management model for people with early-onset type 2 diabetes by combining Western medicine with Traditional Chinese Medicine. It will enroll 2000 adults diagnosed before age 40 to collect detailed health data, including blood sugar monitoring and genetic information. The goal is to develop a more precise and holistic approach to help control the disease and improve patients' quality of life.
