Summary

This study tests a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own tumor mutations. It aims to help the immune system recognize and attack cancer. Ten adults with advanced or high-risk solid tumors will receive the vaccine along with immune-boosting drugs. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps control the cancer.
