Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help control symptoms in people with early Alzheimer's disease. Forty participants will receive either real or fake magnetic stimulation to the brain for two weeks while continuing their standard medications. Researchers will measure changes in memory, thinking, and mood to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
