Which recovery plan works best for ankle tendon surgery?

Summary
This study looks at two different recovery plans after surgery for peroneal tendon injuries (torn tendons on the outer ankle). About 50 adults in Gothenburg, Sweden, will be randomly assigned to one plan. Researchers will measure pain, movement, and strength before and after surgery to find the best way to recover.
