First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, disitamab vedotin and tislelizumab, given before surgery can help control high-risk upper tract urothelial carcinoma while allowing surgeons to remove only the tumor and keep the kidney. About 20 participants will receive the drugs every 3 weeks, then undergo kidney-sparing surgery. The goal is to see if this approach prevents cancer from coming back or spreading.
