Dental implant Check-Ups may miss hidden bone loss
NCT ID NCT07557459
First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study examines whether difficulty probing around dental implants is linked to bone loss. Researchers will include 281 adults with implants in use for at least three years. They will compare probing access to X-ray findings to see if limited access makes it harder to detect or prevent bone loss around implants.
