Summary
This study looked at whether a single session of percussion massage (using a massage gun) could temporarily improve balance, explosive strength, and cycling performance in 32 competitive cyclists aged 12 to 15. Half received the massage, half rested. The goal was to see if this quick therapy could help young athletes perform better in the short term.
