New drug combo shows promise for tough penile cancers

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (Becotatug vedotin and Pucotenlimab) given before surgery to men with advanced penile cancer that is hard to treat. The goal is to shrink the tumor so surgery can remove all cancer cells. About 60 men will take part, and the study will check how well the treatment works and what side effects occur.
