Summary
This phase II trial tests the drug pemigatinib (Pemazyre) in 27 adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including mantle cell and marginal zone lymphoma. Participants take one pill daily in 28-day cycles. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors after at least two prior treatments have failed.
