New drug cocktail targets rare bile duct cancer in early trial

Summary
This study tests whether combining three drugs—pemigatinib, atezolizumab, and bevacizumab—can help control advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific genetic change (FGFR2 fusion). About 25 adults whose cancer has not responded to other treatments will receive the drug combination. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
