NCT ID NCT06137326
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested two non-invasive treatments—pulsed electromagnetic field therapy and laser acupuncture—for women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, laughing, or exercising). Sixty adult women received one of the two treatments alongside standard pelvic floor exercises. The goal was to see which therapy better strengthens pelvic muscles and reduces leakage, helping women find more effective, drug-free relief.
