Summary
This study will test whether pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy can reduce itching in people with burn scars. About 40 adults aged 25 to 40 who have had a burn scar for at least 3 months and suffer from moderate to severe itching will receive PEMF treatment. The researchers will measure changes in itch intensity and how it affects daily life using standard questionnaires.
