Summary

This study tests the drug pemetrexed in people with metastatic bladder cancer or other solid tumors that have certain gene mutations (MLL4, UTX, or MTAP). The drug works by blocking a nutrient cancer cells need to grow. Researchers want to see if it can shrink tumors in these patients. About 64 adults will take part.
