Summary

This study is testing a drug called pembrolizumab in children and teenagers with advanced cancers that have spread, come back, or not responded to other treatments. The drug is an immunotherapy, which works by helping the body's own immune system fight the cancer. Researchers are looking to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink or eliminate tumors in children with melanoma, solid tumors, or lymphoma.
