This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to standard treatments (chemotherapy or lenvatinib) can help shrink tumors and slow disease progression in people with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer. About 60 adults with inoperable cancer will receive different drug combinations. The goal is to find a more effective first-line treatment while monitoring safety.
