First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called pembrolizumab, which helps the immune system fight cancer, in people with advanced adrenocortical carcinoma (a rare adrenal gland cancer) that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the tumors. About 39 participants will receive the drug, and the study will measure how many have their tumors shrink significantly. This is not a cure, but aims to manage the disease.
