First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for people with metastatic triple negative breast cancer. About 29 adults with advanced disease that cannot be removed by surgery will receive one of two chemotherapy regimens plus pembrolizumab. The main goals are to track serious side effects and see how many patients can complete six weeks of chemo without major delays.
