Could adding an immunotherapy drug to chemo help fight advanced ovarian cancer?

Summary
This study tested whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda) to standard chemotherapy before surgery helps shrink advanced ovarian cancer more than chemo alone. About 91 women with stage IV ovarian cancer took part. The goal was to see if the combination allowed surgeons to remove all visible tumors during surgery. While promising, this approach is not a cure, as ongoing treatment is still needed.
