First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This phase II trial tests a combination of two drugs—pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) and ATRA (a vitamin A derivative)—in 24 adults with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma or B-Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and can shrink tumors. Participants receive ATRA for three days around each of the first four treatment cycles, plus pembrolizumab every three weeks.
