First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a simple, non-invasive manual therapy called pelvic nerve mobilization can reduce menstrual pain and related symptoms in young women with primary dysmenorrhea. Sixty university students aged 18-30 will receive either the real treatment or a sham version over three menstrual cycles. Researchers will measure pain, quality of life, medication use, and school absences to see if this drug-free approach works.
