Summary

This study looks at whether a 6-week pelvic floor muscle training program is practical and helpful for people with spinal cord injury during inpatient rehab. Researchers want to see if it can improve bladder, bowel, and sexual function and quality of life. About 50 adults with spinal cord injury who can do a voluntary anal contraction will take part.
