New therapy aims to strengthen Men's pelvic muscles to improve sexual health

Summary
This study is testing whether pelvic floor therapy can help men with erectile dysfunction and/or premature ejaculation. Participants will receive 24 therapy sessions over 12 weeks, which include exercises, biofeedback, and electrical stimulation to strengthen pelvic muscles. Researchers will measure changes in sexual function before and after treatment, and follow up for six months to see if benefits last.
