Can special exercises help kids stop bedwetting?
NCT ID NCT07267364
Summary
This study compares two different exercise programs for children with bladder control problems like bedwetting. 48 children aged 5-18 will be randomly assigned to either standard pelvic floor muscle training or a combination of that training with a different exercise approach called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. Both groups will do exercises twice weekly for 10 weeks to see which approach better improves symptoms and quality of life.
