New gel stops dangerous bleeding without surgery in early trial

Summary
This study tests a special gel called Onyx™ LES to stop active bleeding in arteries outside the brain and heart. About 119 adults with severe bleeding from trauma, ulcers, or other causes will receive the gel during a procedure. The goal is to see if it safely stops bleeding without needing further treatment within 30 days.
