NCT ID NCT07525869
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a medicine called pegfilgrastim can prevent a dangerous drop in white blood cells (febrile neutropenia) in women with triple-negative breast cancer who are receiving a specific chemotherapy regimen. About 40 adult patients will receive pegfilgrastim after each of four chemo cycles. The goal is to see if this reduces infections, hospital stays, and treatment delays.
