Summary

This study tested the safety of pegcetacoplan eye injections delivered via a prefilled syringe for people with geographic atrophy, a form of age-related macular degeneration that causes progressive vision loss. It involved 44 participants aged 60 and older who were already candidates for this treatment. The main goal was to monitor for any eye-related side effects from the injections.
