Summary
This study looks at whether a short recovery program co-led by a peer (someone who also has a mental illness) and a professional is practical and helpful. About 24 people with mental illness will take part, along with peer leaders and professionals. The goal is to see if the program improves hope, self-efficacy, social support, and reduces depression and stigma.
