Summary

This study looks at a program called MenTOras, which pairs newly graduated occupational therapists with experienced mentors. Over three months, they meet at least six times to talk about work challenges, build confidence, and feel part of the professional community. The goal is to see if this support helps new therapists adjust better to their jobs and feel less isolated.
