Summary

This study tests if a peer-led program can improve heart health in women aged 18-49 in Mbarara City, Uganda. Participants join group activities on food and exercise for 3 months, while a comparison group gets a health booklet. Researchers will measure waist size, blood pressure, and other health markers to see if the program works.
