Promising new combo aims to reduce chemo in kids with leukemia

Summary
This study tests a new treatment for children and teens with Philadelphia chromosome-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). The goal is to see if a combination of targeted drugs (olverembatinib, blinatumomab, and venetoclax) can work as well as or better than standard intensive chemotherapy, but with fewer side effects. About 150 newly diagnosed patients up to age 18 will take part. The main focus is on how well the cancer is cleared from the bone marrow after the first month of treatment.
