Summary

This study compares two drugs, diroximel fumarate and dimethyl fumarate, with an existing treatment (fingolimod) in children with relapsing multiple sclerosis. About 185 kids will take the drugs for up to 4 years to check safety and how well they prevent relapses and brain lesions. The goal is to find a better option for managing MS in children.
