First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at 100 children having a heart procedure called radiofrequency ablation to fix abnormal heart rhythms. Researchers want to see if using lower air volume with faster breaths during general anesthesia helps the procedure work better. They will measure how well the catheter touches the heart, how many burns are needed, and if the rhythm problem comes back within a month.
