Summary

This study tests a program called PEACE, where specially trained paramedics visit people with COPD at home when their symptoms suddenly worsen. The goal is to provide early care and avoid trips to the emergency room. About 50 adults with moderate to severe COPD will take part, and researchers will see if the program is practical and helpful.
