Summary
This research study aims to better understand pyruvate dehydrogenase complex deficiency (PDCD), a rare genetic disorder that affects energy production in the body. Researchers will follow 150 children and adults with PDCD over time, collecting medical history information and conducting advanced genetic testing. The goal is to learn more about the genetic causes, symptoms, and outcomes of this condition to help guide future treatments.
