First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is for people with nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Researchers want to see if giving radiation only when needed (salvage therapy) works as well as giving it right away after a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to reduce side effects while still controlling the cancer. About 260 adults aged 18-70 with no prior treatment will take part.
