Summary
This study tests whether adding a PD-1 inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy) to chemotherapy before standard treatment can help people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer. About 150 participants will receive either the drug combo or standard care. The main goal is to see if the combo delays cancer progression or death.
