First seen Dec 11, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining a PD-1 inhibitor (camrelizumab) with chemotherapy before surgery can shrink advanced endometrial cancer (stage III-IV). About 39 adults aged 18-75 with this cancer type will receive the combo, then have surgery to remove any remaining tumor. The main goal is to see how many have no cancer cells left after treatment.
