This study compares three different treatments to help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) get more regular periods. Researchers will enroll 150 women and split them into groups taking either birth control pills, progesterone pills, or a natural supplement called inositol. The goal is to see which option works best for regulating menstrual cycles and improving other PCOS symptoms like unwanted hair growth and acne.
