New drug combo may help women with PCOS get pregnant through IVF

Summary

This study tests three different medicine plans for women with PCOS who are having a type of IVF called ICSI. The goal is to see which plan works best to help eggs mature, fertilize, and lead to a healthy pregnancy. 150 women will take either metformin alone, metformin plus myoinositol, or metformin plus pioglitazone for one month before their IVF procedure.
