Summary
This study tests whether a specially designed mobile app can help women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) improve their eating and exercise habits. About 92 women will either use the app or receive a pamphlet with advice. The goal is to see if the app leads to better weight management, healthier eating, and more physical activity over 8 weeks.
