Summary
This study tested whether two natural supplements (acetyl L-carnitine and myo/chiro-inositol) can improve ovulation and pregnancy rates in women with PCOS-related infertility. 120 married women aged 18-35 with PCOS who were trying to conceive participated. The goal was to see if these body-friendly compounds offer a safer alternative to standard fertility drugs.
