Summary
This study tests three different drug regimens—metformin alone, metformin plus myoinositol, or metformin plus pioglitazone—in 150 women with PCOS who are about to undergo IVF (specifically ICSI). Participants take the assigned pills for one month before the procedure. The goal is to see which combination leads to the highest fertilization and pregnancy rates, while also tracking side effects.
