Summary
This study reviewed Press Ganey surveys from 1,800 patients who visited neurosurgery clinics or hospitals between 2016 and 2020. The goal was to see how patients rated their doctors, nurses, and overall care, and to find trends over time. No treatments were tested—this was purely about understanding patient satisfaction to help improve future care.
