First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at 120 adults receiving a common back-pain injection (lumbar transforaminal epidural steroid injection) to see how factors like sedation, anxiety, and pain during the procedure affect their satisfaction one hour later. Researchers will also ask the doctor how satisfied they were with the procedure. The goal is to better understand what makes these injections more satisfying for patients and help doctors choose the best candidates.
