Summary
This study aims to understand the daily experiences, symptoms, and quality of life of 50 people in Japan with low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or unexplained anemia. Participants will fill out questionnaires and may be interviewed about their symptoms, treatment satisfaction, and communication with doctors. The goal is to learn what matters most to patients, not to test a new treatment.
