First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests a new device called the LIFT Implant System for people with knee cartilage damage under the kneecap. It compares the implant to a standard surgery called Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy (TTO). The goal is to see if the implant works as well or better at reducing pain and helping people recover faster. About 245 adults aged 22 to 65 with knee pain that hasn't improved with other treatments can join.
